Ok..here is the issue. Texas chili is made without beans and I love it. Many other chili recipes include beans like pinto beans, kidney beans or a white chicken chili with chick peas. I love these recipes, too! So my conundrum is what is the right way to eat chili? I wanted to put it to a vote and created a neat lens over at Squidoo.com.
